Guild of Architectural Ironmongers (GAI)

The Guild of Architectural Ironmonger (GAI) is the trade body that represents the interests of the whole architectural ironmonger industry following the BS EN standards and regulations for Architectural ironmongers, wholesalers and manufactures. Its reputation is built on three key areas: education, technical support and community. Its qualification, education and CPD programmes are widely respected in the UK and overseas.

The Guild of Architectural Ironmongers under the guidance of its Examination Committee have developed the online examinations in both Stages 1 and 2 of the Certificate in Architectural Hardware.
