Voucher facts
- Qlik Vouchers are valid for any Qlik Certification Exam
- There is no volume discount for Qlik Vouchers
- All vouchers are pre-paid, non-refundable and non-returnable
- Vouchers expire 12 months after the date they are issued. Expiration dates cannot be extended and the exam must be taken by the expiration date
- Qlik Employee Pre-Paid vouchers can only be purchased by employees of Qlik’s global affiliates. Requestor MUST have a "qlik.com" or or "talend.com" email address. Individuals employed by Qlik Partners are not eligible to purchase the discounted Qlik Employee Pre-Paid vouchers.
- Voucher pricing: Pre-Paid Voucher are available on all exams. Exam price is $250.00 USD. Prices are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the certification sponsor

- Open using Adobe Acrobat Reader (You can download this for free from Adobe).
- Fill out the form and click the “Submit” button.
- DO NOT enter any special characters (ö, ä, é, etc.) in the form.
- Please fill out ALL required fields that are marked with an asterisk(*).
- If you encounter an error while submitting the form online, please note that you can also submit the form via email/fax for non-credit card orders and phone for credit card orders. Details can be located at the top of your order form for your region.
